“If you haven’t found what you want to do yet, keep looking. Don’t settle.”
– Steve Jobs
Sometimes, inspiration comes from where it is least expected. At what age, You find your inspiration matters but when it strikes you, nothing else matters. The words by Steve Jobs are so relevant when it comes to the venture we are a part of and want to do in the future. We have a lot of examples around us who found their passion later than expected but when they did, they brought a change. They kept looking until they found it.
Whenever I lose hope, My Father tells me a story. He gives me an example of a man whom he saw vendors in our area distributing medicines to the doctors. Little did my father know that one day he would see this man on the front page of a newspaper. The man was KK Sharma, MD of Aimil Pharmaceuticals.
The names like Colonel Harland Sanders, Joanne Rowling, and KK Sharma are some of the biggest names in their respective industries. Did they know that history was being created by them? Kentucky Fried Chicken was created at a roadside restaurant, Harry Potter happened on a train and Aimil was riding in the brain of a man on a bicycle.
He says that, “You can see a dream in a night but fulfilling that dream takes a long way. A lot of dedication, Proper planning, Conception, Capital, and whatnot. But what matters the most is the ‘How are you going to do it?”
Organize or Planning
After inspiration and conception, planning is the thing that should be properly done. But, The best way of planning is not planning at all. In the initial stage of any business, one should try.
Elimination technique
Believe me, this technique works everywhere. It gives you clarity and helps you focus on the best approach for your business. Once you get the clarity and right approach, the possibility of growth increases. Organizing your options wisely is significant for any business.
Counterparts are important
The next big thing is research. Everything in life needs in-depth research but when it comes to business, it plays a crucial part. Knowing what your counterparts are doing and understanding their approach is something that enables you to start differently. Because these are the people or brands, who can replace you anytime in the future. Counterparts are the actual indirect contributors to the growth of your business. Generally, people talk about business rivals. The question is “Are they really rivals only?”
Conclusion
Life is that it gives you opportunities and chances which you sometimes do not accept. But there comes a day when you get your final call. An inspiration or dream leads to a conception than an idea. Life plays with you, you think that you planned it. The actual surprise comes when you get into the real ‘planning’ business. Here, the elimination technique and ending the possibility of replacement with the right approach come into the picture. The secret to growth is, Never to think that it is all set because business never settles. But organizing things sets you apart from others.
